• Keep 95%. We take 5%. Your first $5k in revenue is 0% platform fees. Payment processing (around 2.9%) is separate.
• Ownership and control. Your rights, your files, your relationship with readers. You can leave anytime and take your catalog with you.
• Optional subscriptions. Offer Patreon-like tiers for early access, exclusives, or supporter-only chapters. One dashboard for sales and subscriptions.
