AI Policy

Plain-language rules about AI-generated music on TuneFreq.

Section 01 / What this means

TuneFreq does not allow AI-generated music to be published or sold on the platform. If the musical work you are offering—whether as a release, a track, or audio presented primarily as listening music—was created substantially by generative artificial intelligence rather than by human musicianship you own or have rights to present, it does not belong here.

We built TuneFreq to serve artists and listeners who value human creative work and fair commerce. That only works when what is on sale is what buyers reasonably expect: music from real creators, not synthetic substitutes passed off as the same thing.

Section 02 / What we expect from you

  • Be honest about what you upload. If you are selling music on TuneFreq, you are representing that it meets this policy and our Terms and Community Guidelines.
  • Labels and rosters. The same rule applies to everything published under your label or artist account, including roster releases.
  • Other products. This page is about music offered as listening works. Other digital goods (e.g. preset packs, sample libraries, or ebooks) have their own expectations under our Upload Policy; if you are unsure whether something counts as music under this rule, ask us before you publish.

Section 03 / How we handle violations

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other action described in our terms if content breaks this policy. Serious or repeated violations can mean permanent loss of access to the platform.

Section 04 / Questions
