Merge releases

Combine two releases on the same artist profile: move tracks, credits, and press reviews into the release you keep; the merged-away release is removed from the catalog. Helps fix duplicates and tidy up after bulk upload. Console list and edit UI for merge are available when HIDE_FOR_MVP is off; with MVP mode on, the feature stays off the default UI until you are ready.
