Ticket Sales
Feature · Up next
Allow labels and artists to sell tickets to their live events directly through TuneFreq, keeping the fan relationship intact and fees honest.
Fair fees: Platform fees are kept low and transparent — no surprise service charges tacked on at checkout. The price artists and labels set is close to what fans actually pay.
Anti-scalping mechanisms: Each ticket purchase is tied to the buyer's verified account. Tickets are non-transferable by default and can only be transferred through the platform (with the artist's permission), preventing bulk purchasing by bots and resale at inflated prices. Optional ticket caps per account limit how many tickets one buyer can hold for a single event.
Identity-linked entry: QR codes are generated per attendee and linked to the account that purchased them, making it straightforward for venue staff to verify at the door.
Artist and label control: Event creators set the capacity, ticket tiers (general admission, VIP, early bird), transfer rules, and refund policy. Payouts go directly to the artist or label, following the same payout model as digital sales.
Lifecycle: Event creation → ticket tiers → on-sale window → purchase (with anti-bot rate limiting) → QR delivery via email and account → door check-in → post-event payout.
