Creating an account on TuneFreq is free and straightforward.
Step 1: Sign up
Go to the sign-up page and enter your email address. We'll send you a verification link—no password until after you've verified.
Step 2: Verify your email
Click the link in the email. Once verified, you'll be asked: Are you an artist? (yes/no). This shapes your onboarding:
- Yes → You'll set a handle and display name, then land on the upload flow so you can start adding music quickly. You can complete your profile (bio, avatar, links) later.
- No → You'll go through listener onboarding (e.g. genre preferences) and then can explore, listen, and purchase.
Step 3: You're in
You can be both an artist and a listener. If you signed up as a listener, you can create an artist profile later from your Console. Your Console is your dashboard: library, orders, artist tools, and settings all live there.
