When you buy music or digital goods on TuneFreq, you're supporting artists directly. Here's how it works.
Finding something to buy
- Browse Discover, community radio, or an artist page. Click a release or product to see the price (fixed, name-your-price, or free).
- Add to cart (or buy now if the flow supports it). You can add multiple items and checkout once.
Checkout
- Go to your cart (sidebar or cart page). Review items and proceed to checkout.
- We use a secure payment provider (e.g. Airwallex) for card payments. Enter your details; we don't store your full card number. Complete the payment as prompted.
After purchase
- Your purchases appear in Console > Library. You can re-download anytime—we don't limit downloads. We recommend keeping a backup of important files.
- Refunds are generally at the artist's discretion. If you have an issue (wrong file, corrupted download), contact the artist first. If unresolved, see our FAQ or contact support.
