To receive payouts, you must connect a bank account (or supported payout method) through our payment provider. Do this from Console (e.g. under Settings or Payouts).
Steps
1. Go to the payout or payment methods section in the Console. 2. Follow the link or flow to our payment provider (we use a secure, compliant partner such as Airwallex for payouts). 3. Verify your identity if required (KYC). This is normal for moving money and helps prevent fraud. 4. Add your bank account (or supported method). You may need to confirm small test deposits depending on the provider. 5. Save. Once verified, future payouts will be sent to this account on the normal schedule.
Security
We never see or store your full bank details; the provider handles that. All connections use secure, encrypted channels. If you need to change accounts, update the details in the same Console section; the next payout will use the new information.
